摘 要:为明确温度对辣木Moringa oleifera主要害虫赤斑白条天牛Batocera rufomaculata卵发育的影响,测定18,21,24,27,30℃下卵的发育历期并进行相关研究。结果表明:18℃时赤斑白条天牛卵的发育历期显著长于21,24,27,30℃时的发育历期,27℃和30℃下卵发育历期间差异不显著。采用有效积温法则和最小二乘法进行统计分析,得出卵的发育起点温度(C)为(13.46±0.80)℃,有效积温(K)为(95.41±3.89)日·度,并建立赤斑白条天牛卵的发育历期预测模型。To research the effect of temperature on the development of Batocera rufomaculata eggs in Moringa oleifera,the eggs were reared artificially at different constant temperatures(18,21,24,27,30℃)under laboratory conditions.The results showed that the development duration of eggs at 18℃was significantly longer than that at 21,24,27,30℃,and there was no significant difference between that at 27℃and 30℃.The developmental threshold temperature(C)and the effective accumulated temperature(K)of B.rufomaculata eggs were(13.46±0.80)℃,(95.41±3.89)d·℃respectively,which were calculated by effective accumulated temperature rule and least square method.The development duration prediction model for eggs of B.rufomaculata was established.
