摘 要:油松枯梢病是油松Pinus tabuliformis生长中的重要病害,研究中常常需要大量的孢子悬浮液和孢子萌发率的测定。以松针诱导法获得大量分生孢子器,用显微镜观察法研究分生孢子器萌发过程,探索应用分生孢子器萌发率测定替代分生孢子萌发率测定的方法。结果表明,油松枯梢病菌分生孢子器萌发率和孢子萌发率之间具有线性关系,可以近似地用一元回归方程进行计算。利用该回归方程测算油松枯梢病分生孢子萌发率,方法简便,可以作为孢子萌发率测定的代用方法。Tip blight of Pinus tabuliformis is an important disease in the growth of P.tabuliformis,the study on this disease often need massive conidia suspension and determination of conidia germination rate.To explore the determination method of pycnidia germination rate instead of conidia germination rate of Sphaeropsis sapinea,a large number of pycnidia were obtained by pine needle induction,and the germination process of pycnidia and conidia was observed under microscope.The results showed that there was a linear relationship between pycnidia germination rate and conidia germination rate of S.sapinea,which could be approximately calculated by the One variable linear regression.Using the regression equation to calculate the conidia germination rate of S.sapinea is simple and can be used as an alternative method for the determination of conidia germination rate.
