摘  要:采用实测法与排放因子/排污系数法相结合,建立了山西省某市2018年焦化行业分工序大气污染物精细化排放清单.通过实测法计算焦炉和地面除尘站有组织大气污染物本地化排放因子/排污系数,并考察了其与炉型、产能和炭化室高度的相关性.结果表明:①2018年山西省某市焦化行业SO_(2)、NO_(x)、PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)排放量分别为2779.7、9092.5、3357.2和5687.6 t;炭化室高度为4.3 m的捣固机焦炉企业产能与污染排放量均最大.②实测机焦炉SO_(2)、NO_(x)、颗粒物平均排放因子/排污系数分别为0.0695、0.6244、0.0247 kg/t,地面除尘站颗粒物平均排放因子/排污系数为0.0168 kg/t,热回收焦炉SO_(2)、NO_(x)、颗粒物平均排放因子/排污系数分别为0.1866、0.6424、0.0456 kg/t.③实测焦炉SO_(2)、颗粒物排放因子/排污系数均与炭化室高度呈显著负相关.研究表明,2018年山西省某市焦化行业产能结构相对落后,因原料、炉型和控制技术等差异,相同产能的不同企业间大气污染物排放量差异较大;机焦炉颗粒物、NO_(x)以及热回收焦炉NO_(x)的排放均高于全国平均水平,而其SO_(2)排放偏低.The study established the 2018 emission inventory of atmospheric pollutants for the coking industry in a city of Shanxi Province by combing the measurement method with the production and emission coefficient method.Using measured and calculated local emission coefficients of organized air pollutants in coke ovens and ground dust stations,we investigated the correlation between emission coefficients and furnace type,production capacity,and carbonization chamber heigh.The results showed:(1)In 2018,the total emissions of SO_(2),NO_(x),PM_(2.5),PM_(10)of coking industry were 2779.7,9092.5,3357.2,5687.6 t,respectively.The tamping machine coke oven with 4.3 m height of carbonization chamber accounted for the largest proportion of production capacity and pollution emissions.(2)The measured average emission coefficients of SO_(2),NO_(x)and particulate matter in the coke ovens were 0.0695,0.6244 and 0.0247 kg/t,respectively.The average particulate matter emission coefficient of ground dust station was 0.0168 kg/t.The average emission coefficients of SO_(2),NO_(x)and particulate matter in the heat recovery coke oven were 0.1866,0.6424 and 0.0456 kg/t,respectively.(3)There was a significant negative correlation between the emission coefficients of SO_(2)and particulate matter in the coke oven and the height of the carbonization chamber.The research showed that in 2018,the capacity structure of the coking industry in a city of Shanxi Province was relatively backward.The emissions of atmospheric pollutants among different enterprises with the same capacity were significantly different when raw materials,furnace type,and pollution control technology were different.The average emission coefficient of particulate matter,NO_(x)in mechanical coke oven,and NO_(x)in heat recovery coke oven were higher than the national level,and the SO_(2)emission coefficients were low.
