摘　　要：地方高校体育教育一流专业建设是一个长期的工作,是在国家教育部提出的"双万计划"基础上启动与发展起来的。地方高校体育教育专业在建设一流专业过程中遇到的问题与困境主要集中在专业定位、资源短缺,硬件滞后、人才流失严重,智力支撑乏力、运行机制僵化,创新发展不足等几个方面。地方高校体育教育一流专业建设要加强社会适应性,同时要注意学科体系的建设,以及吸引卓越性生源,建立完善的人才培养制度,只有这样才能真正建设起适合地方发展的一流专业。The construction of first-class physical education specialty in local colleges and universities is a long-term work,which is initiated and developed on the basis of the"Double Thousand Plan"proposed by the Ministry of Education of China.The problems and dilemmas encountered in the construction of the first-class specialty of physical education in local universities mainly focus on specialty orientation,shortage of resources,hardware lag,serious brain drain,weak intellectual support,rigid operation mechanism,lack of innovation and development.The construction of first-class physical education specialty in local colleges and universities should strengthen social adaptability,pay attention to the construction of discipline system,attract excellent students and establish perfect talent training system.Only in this way can the first-class major suitable for local development be built.
