摘 要:基于Cook的格语法框架,对比分析了动词concern和动词endure在COCA语料库和CLEC语料库中的体验用法。通过对比体验动词concern和endure在语法型式和语义格框架的使用频率,发现中国英语学习者更容易习得+[E,O]格框架,而对+[O,E]格框架的习得却较为困难。据此发现,从汉语词汇迁移和句法迁移的角度解释此种现象,并试图从格语法的角度为动词的教学提供可行的建议,指出在今后的动词教学中,教师除了向中国英语学习者强化“动词及物性”概念外,还可以借助格语法的语义格框架,明确各个语义格的角色内容及其内部位置顺序。Based on the Case Grammar Model by Cook,this article makes a contrastive study on the experiential usage of the verb concern and the verb endure by both English native speakers and Chinese English learners.Comparing the linguistic patterns and the case frames of each verb,this paper finds that Chinese English learners have more difficulty in acquiring the case frame+[E,O]than the case frame+[O,E].Linguistic transfer,both on the lexical level and the syntactic level,can account for such difficulty.In addition,this paper attempts to provide feasible suggestions for verb teaching from the perspective of case grammar,and points out that in the future verb teaching,teachers can not only strengthen the concept of"verb transitivity"to Chinese English learners,but also clarify the role content and internal position order of each semantic case with the help of the semantic case framework of case grammar.
