“互联网+体育”驱动下县域体育公共信息服务平台的构建

摘　　要：采用文献资料与实地调查相结合的方法对构建我国县域体育公共信息服务平台进行解析,找出其供给主体单一、服务效率低下、服务平台混乱等现实问题;指出“互联网+体育”驱动主要表现在:精准把握居民服务需求、搭建赛事场馆平台、优化公共服务体系、推动公共服务转型升级;提出建立独立式信息平台、组建专业服务团队、拓宽信息传播渠道、加快政策法规建设、建立体医融合共享平台等措施。This paper analyzes the construction of public sports information service platforms at county level in China by using the method of literature review and field survey.As there are some realistic problems such as unitary suppliers,low efficiency and chaotic management,it is pointed out that"Internet+sports"driving force is mainly manifested in accurately grasping the service demand of residents,building the platform of sports venues,optimizing the public service system,promoting the transformation and upgrading of public services.This paper puts forward some measures such as establishing independent information platforms,forming professional service teams,broadening information dissemination channels,speeding up the construction of policies and regulations,and establishing a shared platform for integration of sports and medical care.
