超声引导下穿刺抽液联合中药金黄散治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下穿刺抽液联合中药金黄散外敷治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的应用价值。方法:选取2018年1月—2020年11月于我院采取中药金黄散外敷联合超声引导下穿刺抽液治疗的浆细胞性乳腺炎患者31例,设为联合疗法组;另选取同期单纯用中药金黄散保守治疗的病例25例,设为单纯疗法组。分析联合疗法的疗效及优势。结果:联合疗法组治愈率为100%(31/31),高于单纯疗法组的治愈率84%(21/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合疗法组病灶减小至原病灶大小的50%所用时间显著短于单纯疗法组(P<0.05);治疗一周后两组疼痛级别差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下穿刺抽液联合中药金黄散外敷在保持乳房外形的前提下,能够提高治愈率,减轻患者痛苦。Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound-guided puncture and drainage combined with external application of Jinhuang san in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis.Methods From January 2018 to November 2020,31 patients with plasma cell mastitis treated with external application of traditional Chinese medicine Jinhuangsan combined with ultrasound-guided puncture and drainage were selected as the combined therapy group;In addition,25 cases of conservative treatment with traditional Chinese medicine Jinhuangsan in the same period were selected as the simple treatment group.To analyze the efficacy and advantages of combined therapy.Results The cure rate of combined therapy group was 100%(31/31),which was higher than that of simple therapy group(84%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time taken for the combined therapy group to reduce the lesion size to 50%of the original lesion size was significantly shorter than that of the simple therapy group(P<0.05);One week after treatment,the difference of pain level between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined therapy group can improve the cure rate and reduce the pain of patients on the premise of maintaining the breast shape.
