煤化工企业生产调度管理研究

摘　　要：近年来,煤化工企业发展进程加快、规模不断扩大,因此生产技术和管理水平也需要提升跟上企业的发展步伐。企业需要增强管理人员的综合协调能力,促进企业各部门和谐稳定发展,同时要科学合理的制定企业发展规划。文章主要从煤化工企业进行生产调度管理的意义作为切入点,对煤化工企业更好的管理生产调度工作对策进行研究,为煤化工企业能够健康可持续发展提供些许帮助。In recent years,the development process of coal chemical enterprises is accelerated and the scale is constantly expanding,so the production technology and management level also need to keep pace with the development pace of enterprises.Enterprises need to enhance the comprehensive coordination ability of management personnel,promote the harmonious and stable development of all departments of the enterprise,and make enterprise development plans in a scientific and reasonable manner.This paper mainly takes the significance of production scheduling management of coal chemical enterprises as the starting point,and studies the better management countermeasures of coal chemical enterprises to provide some help for the healthy and sustainable development of coal chemical enterprises.
