提高化工企业制氢装置的水汽质量

摘　　要：制氢装置蒸汽中钠离子、硅含量合格率低,分析水汽质量不合格的原因,通过提高除盐水给水质量、引入新型锅炉水处理剂、严格控制汽包液位、规范取样操作等改进措施,饱和中压蒸汽和过热蒸汽中的钠离子平均值分别达到11.40μg/kg、9.87μg/kg,水汽质量合格率达到100%,有利于装置安全、平稳、长周期运行。The qualified rate of sodium ion and silicon content in steam of hydrogen production unit is low.The causes of unqualified water vapor quality are analyzed.Through improving the quality of demineralized water feed,introducing new boiler water treatment agent,strictly controlling the drum liquid level,standardizing sampling operation and other improvement measures,the average value of sodium ion in saturated medium pressure steam and superheated steam reaches 11.40μg/kg and 9.87μg/kg respectively,the qualified rate of water and steam quality reaches 100%,which is conducive to the safe,stable and long-term operation of the unit.
