摘 要:文章选用土壤标准物质中铅、镉、铬、砷四种重金属元素的测定值与参考值对比实验,从方法的检出限、准确度、精密度以及方法的可操作性等几个方面进行比较,探究电热板消解和微波消解两种不同的前处理方法在用ICP-MS测定土壤重金属含量上的效果差异。实验结果表明,相比电热板消解,微波消解具有快速高效、污染少等特点;电热板消解则具有操作简便,消解样品数量多,适合大批量土壤样品的检测的特点。This article selects the soil reference materials of lead,cadmium,chromium,arsenic determination value of four kinds of heavy metal element and reference contrast experiment,from the method detection limit,accuracy,precision and operational methods from several aspects such as comparison,explore electric hot plate digestion and microwave digestion of two different pretreatment methods on soil heavy metal content is measured by ICP-MS effect difference.The experimental results show that,compared with the electrothermal plate digestion,microwave digestion has the characteristics of fast,efficient and less pollution.Electrothermal plate digestion has the advantages of simple operation,large number of digestion samples,and is suitable for the detection of large quantities of soil samples.
