摘 要:在建筑装饰材料中比较常用的就是石材,但由于其中存在镭、钾、钍等天然放射性同位素,因此,石材不可避免的具有放射性。如果放射性超标,会对人体健康产生较大的危害,所以,对石材放射性含量的监测和评估非常重要。对放射性核素含量检测具有代表性的方法是γ能谱测量。依照GB 6566—2010《建筑材料放射性核素限量》的标准规定,文章主要通过高纯锗γ能谱仪对石材样品进行10次独立226Ra、232Th、40K比活度值测试,同时对测量结果进行不确定度评定。将得到的各类不确定度评定结果加以整合,形成完整的报告,从而为测量不确定因素控制提供参考,进而有效提高检测结果的准确度与可靠性。Stone materials is commonly used in building decoration materials.The reason why stone is inevitably radioactive is that the presence of natural radioactive isotopes such as radium,potassium,and thorium.If the radioactivity exceeds the standard,it will get greater harm to human health.Therefore,the monitoring and evaluation of the radioactive content of the stone is very important.The representative method for the detection of radionuclide content is gamma spectrometry.According to the GB 6566—2010“building materials radionuclide limited”,this article mainly uses High Purity Germanium Gamma Energy Spectrometer to perform ten times independent 226Ra,232Th,40K specific activity tests on stone samples,and the measurement results are carried out uncertainty evaluation.The various uncertainty evaluation results obtained are integrated to form a complete report and provide a reference for the control of measurement uncertain factors,which can effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of the detection results.
