摘  要:针对改变推力轴承整体尺寸对镇海炼化乙烯裂解装置丙烯压缩机开机不稳定工况造成瓦面过热出现热裂纹的情况,在不同的背景下,依据可倾瓦推力轴承的结构特征,通过手工刮削的方法改造推力瓦,对其进行微偏心处理。该方法在保障推力瓦力学性能的前提下,增大了轴瓦表明润滑油的进入量,进而降低了推力瓦表面温度,避免过热磨损,既提高了工作稳定性又增加了轴瓦使用寿命。In view of the overheating and thermal crack of the pad surface caused by the unstable start-up of the propylene compressor in Zhenhai Refining and chemical ethylene cracking unit,the thrust pad is modified by manual scraping and micro eccentric treatment according to the structural characteristics of the tilting pad thrust bearing without changing the overall size of the thrust bearing.On the premise of ensuring the mechanical properties of the thrust pad,this method increases the amount of lubricating oil in the bearing pad,reduces the surface temperature of the thrust pad,avoids overheating wear,improves the working stability and increases its service life.
