关于空分装置主冷的安全运行及防爆措施研究

摘　　要：空分装置属于石化、冶金领域极为关键的生产装置。不过由于早期设计、施工、安装等方面存在一定缺陷,以及在生产运行、开停车期间操作及管理不善等因素,使空分装置爆炸事故时有发生,截止目前我国已出现多起空分装置爆炸事故。为保障空分装置安、稳、长、满、优运行,文章便着重对空分装置主冷的安全运行及防爆措施展开了研究,希望通过文章能够让更多企业的空分装置进一步实现安全生产的目标。Air separation unit is a key production device in petrochemical and metallurgical fields.However,due to some defects in early design,construction,installation and other aspects,as well as factors such as poor operation and management during production operation,start-up and shutdown,air separation device explosion accidents occur from time to time.Up to now,there have been many air separation device explosion accidents in China.In order to ensure the safe,stable,long,full and optimal operation of the air separation unit,this paper focuses on the safe operation and explosion-proof measures of the main cooling of the air separation unit,hoping that more enterprises can further achieve the goal of safe production of the air separation unit through this paper.
