摘　　要：油气田油气生产处理装置检修与其他行业检修相比,具有工序复杂、高危作业密集、危险性大特点,为杜绝和避免检修事故的发生,保障人员安全作业,保证施工有序,塔里木油田创新开展装置检修专职HSE监督和属地人员“双监督”包保制工作模式,强化施工作业过程的安全监管,实现检修现场监管标准化、效益化,保障安全高效检修。Compared with other industries in oil and gas fields,it has complex process,intensive high-risk operation and high risk.In order to prevent and avoid maintenance accidents,ensure personnel safety operation and ensure orderly construction,Tarim oilfield innovatively carries out full-time HSE supervision of device maintenance and"double supervision"guarantee system working mode,strengthen the safety supervision of construction operation process,realize the standardization and efficiency of maintenance site supervision,and ensure safety and efficient maintenance.
