摘  要:经济矿是一种有害杂质多,品位低,烧结性能不好的含铁原料,但是随着钢铁产能过剩,利润空间的压缩,它已成为降低生产成本的有效措施之一。承德钢铁公司通过应用原料性价比测算系统,寻找适用于烧结生产所需的性价比较高的经济铁料,再通过烧结杯试验和工业实践,成功将印度粉、石灰石粉、新西兰海砂、蒙古粉等性价比较高的原料引入到承钢360 m^(2)烧结机。通过各项工艺改造措施的实施和工艺操作制度的完善,保证了烧结矿质量的稳定,达到了降低烧结矿原料成本的目的,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。Economic ore is an iron containing raw material with many harmful impurities,low grade and poor sintering performance,however,with the overcapacity of iron and steel and the compression of profit space,it has become one of the effective measures to reduce production cost.Chengde iron and steel company seeks the economic iron material with high cost performance required for sintering production by applying the raw material cost performance calculation system,then,through the sintering cup test and industrial practice,the raw materials with high cost performance such as Indian powder,limestone powder,New Zealand sea sand and Mongolian powder are successfully introduced into the 360 m^(2) sintering machine of Chenggang.Through the implementation of various process transformation measures and the improvement of process operation system,the stability of sinter quality was ensured and the purpose of reducing sinter raw material cost was achieved,Good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
