连铸浇次头坯窄面纵向裂纹成因分析

摘  要:连铸开浇阶段钢水液面波动大,拉速变化频繁,连铸结晶器钢、渣界面容易发生卷渣现象,严重影响连铸板坯的质量。本文针对304不锈钢板坯连铸生产过程中浇次头坯产生的窄面纵向裂纹的原因进行了探索,并采用扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪对缺陷处的形貌及成分进行了分析。结果表明,304不锈钢浇次头坯窄面纵裂缺陷处存在大量夹杂物,以Si、Ca、Na、F等结晶器保护渣成分为主,是由浇注过程中保护渣卷入造成的。通过实施改进工艺措施,降低了浇次头坯出现窄面纵裂缺陷的发生率。At the beginning of continuous casting,the liquid level of molten steel fluctuates greatly and the casting speed changes frequently,slag entrapment is easy to occur at the steel and slag interface of continuous casting mold,which seriously affects the quality of continuous casting slab.In this paper,explored the causes of narrow surface longitudinal cracks in the continuous casting first piece slab of 304 stainless steel during continuous casting,and the morphology and composition of the defect were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The results show that there are a large number of inclusions at the longitudinal crack defect on the narrow surface of 304 stainless steel slab,which are mainly composed of mold flux such as Si,Ca,Na and F.This is caused by slag entrainment during continuous casting process.Through the implementation of process improved measures,reduced the occurrence rate of longitudinal crack in the continuous casting first piece slab of 304 stainless steel during continuous casting.
