摘  要:钢铁企业是耗水大户,在生产过程中还会产生大量的工业废水,如何提高钢铁企业水资源利用率、减少工业新水耗量和工业废水排放量是所有钢铁企业面临的重要课题。唐山某钢铁公司近年来工业水系统整体管理水平不高,吨钢综合新水耗量一直徘徊在4.0 m^(3)/t左右,相比先进企业有较大差距。本文介绍了该公司水资源使用现状,分析了水系统运行管理和工艺技术等方面存在的问题,并提出了改进措施。通过提高工业水系统精细化管理水平、实施一系列节水技术改造措施,该公司吨钢新水消耗显著下降,对钢铁企业水系统健康运行起到借鉴意义。Iron and steel enterprises are large water consumers,and a large amount of industrial wastewater will be produced in the production process,how to improve the utilization rate of water resources,reduce consumption of the industrial new water and the discharge quantity of industrial wastewater is an important topic faced by all iron and steel enterprises.In recent years,the overall management level of industrial water system of an iron and steel company in Tangshan is not high,and the comprehensive new water consumption per ton of steel has been hovering around 4.0 m^(3)/t,which has a big gap compared with advanced enterprises.This paper introduces the current situation of water resources use in the company,analyzes the problems existing in water system operation management and process technology,and puts forward improvement measures.Through improving the fine management level of industrial water system and implementing a series of water-saving technical transformation measures,the new water consumption per ton of steel in the company has decreased significantly,which can provide reference for the healthy operation of water system in iron and steel enterprises.
