摘  要:钢铁企业各工序在生产过程中会产生大量的粉尘,这些粉尘通过除尘装置收集后形成除尘灰,如果通过传统的方式进行卸灰会产生大量的二次扬尘,产生的二次扬尘对环境的污染非常严重。而最近国家颁布的钢铁行业超低排放产业政策,明确要求钢铁企业的粉状物料输送应采用气力输送等方式密闭输送。本文通过气力输灰技术在天津市新天钢联合特钢有限公司上的应用实践,分析了气力输灰的工作原理、优势特点以及常见泄漏、堵塞的问题,并提出了解决这些问题的改进措施。Various processes in the iron and steel industry will produce a large amount of dust in the production process,these dust are collected by the dust removal device to form dust removal ash,if the ash is unloaded in the traditional way,a large amount of secondary dust will be generated,which will cause serious environmental pollution.Recently,the ultra-low emission industrial policy of the iron and steel industry issued by the state clearly requires that the powdery materials of iron and steel enterprises should be transported in a closed manner by means of pneumatic transportation.Through the application practice of pneumatic ash conveying technology in Tianjin Xintian Steel United Special Steel Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzes the working principle,advantages and characteristics of pneumatic ash conveying and the common problems of leakage and blockage,and puts forward reasonable measures to solve these problems.
