摘  要:当前水性涂料行业受职业病危害造成职工工作质量、身体健康水平等不断下降,严重危害了企业职工的健康生活。为此,该文了解了广东砂鸵涂料科技有限公司水性涂料制作工艺,在不同生产车间定性/定量分析可能造成职工职业病的存在因素,对涂料生产设备管理、噪声处理(物理指标)、有毒物质处理(化学指标)等可能发生的职业病危险因素进行定性分析,并设计研究制订相关防护方案和调控措施,以保证车间生产设备正常运转的同时,有效地避免企业职工职业病危害。At present,the occupational disease hazards of waterborne coatings industry have caused the constantly decline of employees'work quality and health level,which seriously endangers the healthy life of enterprise employees.Therefore,this paper understands the water-based coating production process of Guangdong STOX Co.,Ltd.and analyzes qualitatively/quantitatively the existent factors that may cause occupational diseases among workers in different production workshops,analyzes qualitatively the possible occupational disease risk factors such as coating production equipment management,noise handling(physical index)and toxic substance handling(chemical index),and designs and researches to formulate relevant protection schemes and regulation measures to ensure the normal operation of workshop production equipment while effectively avoiding occupational disease hazards for enterprise workers.
