摘　　要：“双一流”建设为西藏高校的档案工作提供了新的历史发展机遇和挑战。在“双一流”建设视域下,西藏高校档案工作应主动作为,扩大功能和定位,从服务于人才培养、科学研究、学科建设、文化传承、西藏经济社会发展这6个方面探索档案服务于“双一流”建设的价值,并结合实际,从加强档案资源建设、提升服务能力、加强开发利用、规范工作流程、人才队伍等方面提出服务的实现路径。The construction of"double first-class"has brought new development opportunities and challenges to the archives work of colleges and universities in Tibet.From the perspective of"double first-class"construction,the archival work of colleges and universities in Tibet should take the initiative,expand its functions and positioning,and explore the value of archives in serving the construction of"double first-class"from six aspects:serving talent training,scientific research,discipline construction,cultural inheritance,Tibet's economic and social development,combined with practice,it puts forward the realization path of service from the aspects of strengthening the construction of archives resources,improving service capacity,strengthening development and utilization,standardizing work flow and talent team.
