摘  要:高校教学秘书是教学活动组织协调过程中必不可少的一环。该文在深入分析教务秘书面临的工作内容繁琐、工作量巨大,业务培养少、工作压力大,荣誉感较低、上升空间窄等困境的基础上,阐述了持立德树人的初心是教学秘书的内在需求,并提出了要提高对岗位的认识、升华思想境界,强化理论和制度学习、提高职业素养,潜心钻研业务技能、提升工作效率与质量,锤炼心理素质和言行、保障为人师表形象这4个教学秘书赋能与重塑的发展策略。College teaching secretary is an indispensable part of the process of teaching activities organization and coordination.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the difficulties faced by educational secretary,such as tedious work content,huge workload,little professional training,great work pressure,low sense of honor and narrow space for advancement,this paper expounds that the original intention of Lide Shuren is the internal demand of teaching secretary.It also proposed to improve the understanding of the post,sublimate the realm of thought,strengthen theoretical and system learning,improve professionalism,concentrate on studying business skills,improve work efficiency and quality,temper psychological quality and words and deeds,and protect the image of a teacher These four teaching secretaries are the development strategies of empowerment and reshaping.
