疫情防控常态下武汉体育场馆资源配置状况分析

摘　　要：该文采用问卷调查法、文献资料法等研究方法,对疫情前、疫情暴发时、疫情防控常态下武汉市体育场馆的利用状况进行调查。研究发现,疫情防控常态下存在场馆费用较高,受众群体较小、赛事项目缩减,群众需求失衡、场馆辐射狭窄、利用率低等问题,进而提出政府要完善场馆规划布局,促进群众消费优质化;升级体育场馆类型,提升设施服务效率化;打造多元运营模式,实现资源利用最大化;加强场馆器材维护,助力全民健身科学化等对策。从多方面提升现阶段武汉市体育场馆的利用率,以助力健康中国战略。Using the methods of questionnaire and literature,this paper investigates the utilization of stadiums in Wuhan before and during the outbreak of the epidemic and under the normal situation of epidemic prevention and control.Through the analysis,it is found that under the normal situation of epidemic prevention and control,there are some problems,such as high venue costs,small audience groups,reduction of events,imbalance of people's needs,narrow venue radiation,low utilization rate and so on.Then it puts forward that the government should improve the planning and layout of venues and promote the quality of mass consumption;upgrade the types of sports venues and improve the efficiency of facilities and services;create a diversified operation mode to maximize resource utilization;strengthen the maintenance of venue equipment and help the scientific fitness of the whole people.Improve the utilization rate of stadiums in Wuhan at the present stage from many aspects to help the Healthy China strategy.
