摘 要:目的:探讨大学生锻炼动机、锻炼自我效能感与锻炼行为之间的关系,同时探讨该模型是否受性别的调节。方法:通过问卷调查的方法,选取275名在校大学生进行问卷调查,使用SPSS 21.0和AMOS进行数据分析。结果:锻炼动机对锻炼行为有显著的正向预测作用,锻炼自我效能感在锻炼动机与锻炼行为之间起部分中介作用;模型比较结果表明,两组模型中的直接路径系数存在显著差异,表现为相对于女生而言男生的锻炼动机更能显著地正向预测锻炼行为。结论:大学生锻炼自我效能感在大学生锻炼动机与锻炼中起部分中介作用;大学生锻炼动机、锻炼自我效能感和锻炼行为的中介模型在性别上存在显著差异,性别可以作为调节变量模型的直接路径。Objective:through the method of questionnaire survey,it aims to discuss the relationship between college students'exercise motivation,exercise self-efficacy and exercise behavior,and to discuss whether the model is regulated by gender.Methods:275 college students were selected for a questionnaire survey,and data analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS.Results:exercise motivation has a significant positive predictive effect on exercise behavior,and exercise self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between exercise motivation and exercise behavior;the results of model comparison showed that there were significant differences in the direct path coefficient between the two models,which showed that compared with girls,boys'exercise motivation can significantly and positively predict exercise behavior.Conclusion:college students'exercise self efficacy plays a partial mediating role in their exercise motivation and exercise behavior.The mediating model of college students'exercise motivation,exercise self-efficacy and exercise behavior has significant differences on gender,and gender is the direct path of regulating the model as moderating variable.
