摘  要:电力是乡村振兴的基础,美丽乡村建设离不开农村电气化的发展。在陕南安康地区,水力资源充沛,水力发电在乡村振兴中发挥着重要作用,但由于资金缺乏,部分小水电站设备陈旧、技术落后、能量转换效率偏低。该文通过对水力发电的研究,结合安康地区小水电发展的实际情况,提出一种基于PLC控制的小水电准同期并网及发电机并网保护控制系统,以提高运行可靠性,改善生产效益。Electric power is the foundation of Rural Revitalization.The construction of beautiful countryside is in‐separable from the development of rural electrification.In Ankang area of Southern Shaanxi,there are abundant hydraulic resources,and hydropower plays an important role in Rural Revitalization.However,due to the lack of funds,some small hydropower stations are with outdated equipment,backward technology and low energy conver‐sion efficiency.Through the research on hydropower generation and combined with the actual situation of small hydropower development in Ankang area,this paper proposes a synchronization and generator grid connection protection control system of small hydropower based on PLC control,so as to improve operation reliability and production efficiency.
