摘　　要：近年来移动互联网得到了快速发展,Web前端开发人才随之也得到很好的发展机遇,如何让高职院校的学生在Web前端开发领域满足市场岗位能力需求,在岗位竞争中占得先机,该文结合当前高等职业教育发展状态,提出了基于能力本位的Web前端人才培养体系。抓住高职“双高校”建设和“1+X证书制度”试点院校的契机,围绕互联网+、新一代信息技术创新教育理念,优化课程体系,以就业为导向,以Web前端岗位职业能力和职业素质为核心,培养能够胜任Web前端岗位的技术技能型人才。In recent years,the mobile Internet has developed rapidly,and Web front-end development talents also get good development opportunities.How to make the students of higher vocational colleges meet the demand of market position ability in the field of Web front-end development,and get the advantage in the job competition,this paper puts forward the Web front-end talent training system based on ability based on the current development status of higher vocational education.We should seize the opportunity of the construction of"double colleges"and the"1+X certificate system"pilot institutions,and focus on the Internet+,the new generation of information technology innovation education concept,optimize the curriculum system,take employment as the guidance,and take Web front-end positions occupation ability and occupation quality as the core,and cultivate skilled talents skilled in Web front-end positions.
