摘　　要：在高校图书馆整体运作中,“图书采购”是起始环节,也是核心环节,可以直接影响图书馆运作模式。而且,图书采购的数量、质量,还会影响高校学生的阅读体验。该文主要围绕教学水平评估要求、高校图书馆图书采购现状分析、评估环境下的高校图书馆图书采购对策这几个方面展开论述,希望结合高校评估环境,进一步发掘图书采购环节中存在的不良问题,并通过有效对策,改善这些不良问题,规范图书采购整体流程,从源头上提升高校图书馆服务质量,让每一位学生走进图书馆之后,可以各取所需,与图书馆建立深厚的信任关系、情感关系。In the overall operation of university library,"book procurement"is not only the starting link,but also the core link,which can directly affect the operation mode of library.Moreover,the quantity and quality of book purchasing will also affect the reading experience of university students.This paper mainly focuses on the aspects of requirements for teaching level evaluation,analysis of the current situation of book procurement in university li‐braries and countermeasures for book procurement in university libraries under the evaluation environment.It is hoped that combined with the evaluation environment of universities,the problems existing in book purchasing will be further explored.Through effective countermeasures,these problems will be improved,the overall process of book purchasing will be standardized,and the service quality of university libraries will be increased from the source,so that every student can take his own needs after entering the library and establish a deep trust and emotional rela‐tionship with the library.
