摘　　要：伴随我国医疗技术的不断发展,各种各样先进的医疗器械被广泛应用于患者的诊疗之中,而医疗器械的频繁应用,也使得各类医疗器械出现故障的次数不断增多,这就需要对医疗器械进行维修。很多医院在医疗器械的维修中存在些许问题,例如维修人员专业知识不足、维修人员主观能动性不强、维修资金支持不足、管理制度不完善等,该文对这些问题进行探讨,并有针对性地提出了一些改进措施,为解决医疗器械维修中的问题建言献策,以保障医院的医疗器械利用最大化。With the continuous development of medical technology in China,a variety of advanced medical instruments have been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.The frequent application of medical instruments also makes the number of failures of various medical instruments increase,which requires the mainte‐nance of medical instruments.Many hospitals have some problems in the maintenance of medical devices,such as insufficient professional knowledge of maintenance personnel,weak subjective initiative of maintenance personnel,insufficient maintenance fund support,imperfect management system,etc.In this paper,these problems are discussed,and it puts forward some improvement measures,targeted to solve the problems in the medical equip‐ment maintenance,to ensure the maximum use of medical equipment in the hospital.
