试谈科技期刊编辑从收稿环节防止学术不端行为——以《首都医科大学学报》为例

摘　　要：学术不端行为已是全球化的问题,严重影响科技期刊的质量,应在出版流程早期阶段进行防范。编辑在收稿环节就应该采取各种措施防止学术不端。除了借助查重软件,编辑还应同时核查其他相关信息,从而提高对涉及学术不端稿件的甄别能力。Academic dishonesty is a global phenomenon at universities.Academic dishonesty considerably affect the quality of sci-tech journals.It is important to prevent upfront and eliminate the misconduct at the early stage in the publication process.Editors should take measures to preclude academic dishonesty when the manuscripts are submitted to editorial boards.It is not enough to rely only on plagiarism detection softwares.Meanwhile,the editors should manually inspect the related information during the process of submission to recognize the manuscripts involving academic dishonesty.
