Practice and Inspiration of Chinese Innovation Platforms in Belt and Road Participating Countries:Taking the Practice in Thailand as an Example

摘　　要：本文在回顾泰国本土创新平台发展历程的基础上,通过分析各类中资创新主体在泰国建立和运营创新平台的过程,发现各平台正在积极探索“入驻空间+技术转移+风险投资”的可持续发展模式,若串联起这些平台,可自然形成一条“创业苗圃—孵化器—产业园”平台链。中资创新平台在泰国的探索和实践,对我国同其他“一带一路”国家发展高质量的科技创新合作具有借鉴作用。Based on the review of the development of local and Chinese-funded innovation platforms in Thailand,the paper concludes that all Chinese founded platforms are actively exploring a model named“Incubating Space+Technology Transfer+Venture Capital”in order to keep their business sustainable in Thailand.It also points out that a incubating chain of“startup nursery-incubator-industrial park”has been naturally formed if the Chinese funded platforms are stacked.The good practices of Chinese funded innovation platforms in Thailand could be shared with those in other“Belt and Road”countries.
