论红色文化与大学生党员教育内在契合的三重维度

摘　　要：红色文化与大学生党员教育高度契合,具体表现在三重维度:目标维度的一致性、基因维度的相同性和内容维度的相通性。三重维度的内在契合是红色文化融入大学生党员教育的基础和前提。二者的互动融合既有助于红色文化在高校的创造性转化、创新性发展,又有助于提升大学生党员教育效果,最终实现双赢发展。Red culture is highly consistent with the education of university student party members from the perspectives of objective,gene and content.These three perspectives are the foundation of the integration of red cultures and the education of university student party members.The interaction of red cultures and the education of university student party members is helpful for the transformation and development of red cultures in universities and the increase of the effectiveness of the education of university student party members.
