摘 要:为减少传统碱性前处理对环境造成的不良影响,探讨了纯棉针织物的酸氧一浴一步法前处理工艺。采用正交试验研究了过氧化氢用量、冰乙酸用量、表面活性剂JFC用量和前处理温度对织物白度、毛细效应、顶破强力、失重率和棉籽壳去除率的影响。优化的前处理工艺为过氧化氢用量1.2 g/L、冰乙酸用量0.02 g/L、JFC用量0.5 g/L、浴比20∶1、温度120℃、时间60 min,所得织物的白度和毛细效应分别为88.1%和16.4 cm/30 min,强力损失和失重率均在可接受范围,可满足后续印染加工要求。In order to alleviate the adverse effects of traditional alkaline pretreatment on the environment,the one-bath one-step pretreatment of cotton knitted fabric with acid-oxidant system is investigated.The influence of the concentrations of hydrogen peroxide,glacial acetic acid and penetrant JFC as well as the pretreatment temperature on the whiteness,wicking effect,bursting strength,weight loss ratio and removal rate of cottonseed husk of the fabrics were studied through orthogonal experiment.The optimized pretreatment process is as follows:hydrogen peroxide 1.2 g/L,glacial acetic acid 0.02 g/L,JFC 0.5 g/L,bath ratio 20∶1,treated at 120℃for 60 min.The whiteness and wicking effect of the obtained fabric are 88.1%and 16.4 cm/30 min,the strength loss and weight loss rate are acceptable,which meet the subsequent dyeing and printing requirements.
