摘  要:以花生壳为原料,利用磷酸活化法制备花生壳活性炭AC1,对其进行了表征,并研究了AC1对酸性大红GR染料的吸附性能。结果表明:AC1比表面积和孔容体积分别为1127.79 m^(2)/g和1.08 cm^(3)/g,颗粒大小不均匀,表面相对平整,缺陷程度高;当AC1的投加量为2.0 g/L、吸附50 min、酸性大红GR初始质量浓度为200 mg/L时,吸附效果最佳,酸性大红GR去除率达到97.51%;AC1对酸性大红GR的吸附符合Langmuir模型,也符合准二级动力学方程。The activated carbon AC1 was obtained from peanut shell via activation of phosphoric acid.AC1 was characterized and its adsorption for acid scarlet GR in dyeing wastewater was studied.The results showed that AC1 had a specific surface area of 1127.79 m^(2)/g and its pore volume could reach 1.08 cm 3/g.The particle size is uneven and the surface morphology was relatively flat.It had high degree of defects.The adsorption of acid scarlet GR was the best when the dosage of AC1 was 2.0 g/L,the initial concentration of acid scarlet GR was 200 mg/L,the treatment was continued for 50 min,the decolorization rate of acid scarlet GR could reach 97.51%.The adsorption data was better fitted by the Langmuir model in thermodynamics.The process could be well described by the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation in dynamics.
