摘 要:本文通过对某内衣企业文胸缝制工艺分析,发现在缝制流水线生产中,主要依靠经验编排工序,存在流水线不平衡问题,特别是在多品种、小批量、短周期的生产要求下,人工优化编排的问题更显著。数据驱动模型在制定决策方面发挥着重要作用,大部分问题都可以归结为线性规划和混合整数规划等最优化模型。利用0-1规划优化编排文胸的缝制工序将为企业提供一个新的思路,为企业流水线的编排提供依据。Through the analysis of the bra sewing process of an underwear enterprise,it is found that in the production of the sewing assembly line,the process arrangement mainly depends on the experience,and there exists the problem of imbalanced assembly line.Especially under the production requirements of multiple varieties,small batch and short cycle,the problem of manual optimized arrangement is more significant.Data-driven models play an important role in decision-making,and most of the problems can be attributed to optimized models such as linear programming and mixed-integer programming.The optimization of the bra sewing process by using the 0-1 programming will provide a new idea for the enterprise,and provide ground for the arrangement of the enterprise assembly line.
