摘 要:钢铁行业市场竞争激烈,对钢铁企业内部成本管理提出更高要求。炼钢厂作为钢铁企业的主要生产单元,其成本管理显得尤为重要。炼钢厂需根据市场行情及时优化、调整原辅料的入炉结构比例,跟踪动态模型与成本的关系并实施精细化成本管理。宁钢炼钢厂通过炼钢物料平衡和热平衡理论模型研究,结合现场实际工况优化模型,大幅度提高了模型精度。目前该模型成为技术管理和成本管理不可或缺的工具。Due to the firece competition of the iron and steel industry market,higher requirements are raised on the internal cost management of steel enterprises.As the main production unit of iron and steel enterprises,the cost management becomes particularly important.The steelmaking plant shall have to timely optimize,adjust the charged proportion of raw and auxiliary materials,trace the relationship between dynamic model and cost in order to implement the delicacy cost management.The steelmaking plant of Ningbo Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.optimizes the model and greatly improves the accuracy of the model by studying the theoretical model of material balance and thermal balance in combination with the actual site condition.At present,the model becomes an indispensable tool for technical and cost managements.
