加味硝黄膏外敷在高渗液所致静脉炎中的效果

摘　　要：目的分析自制加味硝黄膏外敷治疗高渗液所致静脉炎的临床效果。方法选择南昌市洪都中医院2016年4月—2018年11月收治的116例静脉炎患者为研究对象,用随机数表法分为参照组与观察组,每组58例,参照组患者采用50%硫酸镁外敷治疗,观察组患者采用自制加味硝黄膏外敷治疗,比较2组的治疗效果、肿胀消退时间、治愈时间、不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总有效率(96.55%)高于参照组(84.48%)(P<0.05);观察组肿胀消退时间、治愈时间均短于参照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率(0)低于参照组(6.90%)(P<0.05)。结论自制加味硝黄膏外敷治疗高渗液所致静脉炎效果显著,能明显加快治愈速度,且安全性高。Objective To analyze the effect of self-made modified Xiaohuang ointment on phlebitis caused by high exudate.Methods A total of 116 phlebitis patients admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2016 to November 2018 were selected as the research subjects.Random number table method was used to divide them into the reference group and the observation group,with 58 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with 50%magnesium sulfate external application,and patients in the observation group were treated with self-made modified Xiaohuang ointment external application.The therapeutic effect,swelling subside time,cure time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(96.55%)was higher than that of control group(84.48%)(P<0.05).The time of swelling subsiding and cure in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(0)was lower than that in control group(6.90%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made modified Xiaohuang ointment has a remarkable effect on the treatment of phlebitis caused by hyperosmosis,which can obviously speed up the cure and has high safety.
