摘　　要：胃癌前病变是胃癌的前驱阶段,在发生胃癌之前往往需要经历一段时间的癌前病变,如何成功阻止癌前病变继续发展甚至逆转癌前病变是防治胃癌的关键。目前西医治疗以对症为主,尚无有效的治疗办法,中医学在辨病辨证的基础上对胃癌前病变的治疗拥有良好的疗效。李吉彦教授从事脾胃病研究30余年,在对胃癌前病变的治疗中拥有丰富的经验,并具有良好的疗效,此文对李吉彦教授辨病辨证论治胃癌前病变经验作总结与探讨。Precancerous lesion of gastric cancer(PLGC)is the prodromal stage of gastric cancers.A period of precancerous lesions is required before gastric cancer can develop.Therefore,how to prevent precancerous lessions is the key to prevent gastric cancer.At present,western medicine focuses on symptomatic treatment.There is no effective treatment.Traditional Chinese Medicine had a good effect on the treatment of PLGC on the basic of diseases differentiation and syndromes differentiation.Professor Li Jiyan had been researching spleen and stomach disease for more than 30 years.Li Jiyan had found out therapeutic method in PLGC.He had vast experience in the treatment of PLGC.This paper summarized the treatment experience of PLGC based on the dialectical theory of Li Jiyan.
