摘　　要：目的探究针药并用在冠心病心绞痛患者中的实施效果。方法本次病例纳入时间2019年6月—2020年5月,纳入对象79例冠心病心绞痛患者,按照奇偶数分组,将研究对象划分对照组(39例,针刺内关穴)和观察组(40例,针刺内关穴+瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加味),比较2组临床疗效、心绞痛发作频率、持续时间。结果相较于对照组,观察组临床疗效更加显著;观察组患者心绞痛发作频率低于对照组;观察组患者心绞痛发作持续时间短于对照组,2组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病心绞痛治疗中针药并用,临床疗效显著,患者的心绞痛发作频率降低,持续时间缩短。Objective To explore the implementation effect of acupuncture combined with medicine in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods From June 2019 to may 2020,79 patients with angina pectoris were divided into control group(n=39),acupuncture at Neiguan(PC6)and observation group(n=40),acupuncture at Neiguan(PC6)and Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction.The clinical efficacy,frequency and duration of angina pectoris were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was more significant,the frequency of angina pectoris attack in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the duration of angina pectoris attack in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,there had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,acupuncture combined with medicine has a significant clinical effect,and the frequency of angina pectoris in patients is reduced,and the duration of angina pectoris is shortened.
