中药结肠透析治疗早中期慢性肾衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药结肠透析治疗早、中期慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月—2020年1月辽宁中医药大学附属第二医院收治的72例早、中期慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象,并分为观察组(36例,接受中药结肠透析治疗方式)和对照组(36例,接受常规治疗方式)。比较2组患者治疗前后中医症状积分、肾功能指标、临床疗效。结果与对照组相对比,观察组治疗后中医症状积分降低更明显,肾功能指标明显改善,临床疗效更佳,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对早中期慢性肾衰竭患者采用中药结肠透析进行治疗,可缓解患者肢体困重、腹部胀满、大便秘结等临床症状,改善患者肾功能,提升临床疗效。Objective To analyze and observe the clinical efficacy of colon dialysis with Chinese medicine in treating early and middle stage chronic renal failure.Methods 72 patients with early-stage and medium-stage chronic renal failure admitted in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into observation group(36 patients received colon dialysis with Chinese medicine)and control group(36 patients received conventional treatment).The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,renal function index and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the reduction of TCM symptom scores after treatment was more obvious in the observation group,the renal function index was significantly improved,and the clinical efficacy was better,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Colonic dialysis using Chinese medicine can relieve limb weight,abdominal distension,constipation and other clinical symptoms in patients with early and middle stage chronic renal failure,improve renal function and enhance overall clinical efficacy.
