祛风解毒活络汤结合毫火针治疗周围性面瘫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨祛风解毒活络汤结合毫针火针治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月在北京市崇文门中医医院就诊的92例周围性面瘫患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组采用毫火针进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合祛风解毒活络汤治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果、中医证候积分、血清免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者血清IgA、IgG和IgM水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛风解毒活络汤结合毫火针治疗周围性面瘫,可显著改善患者症状,降低血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平,效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Qufeng Jiedu Huoluo decoction combined with filiform fire needle in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 92 patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated in Beijing Chongwenmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with filiform fire needle,and the observation group was treated with Qufeng Jiedu Huoluo decoction on the basis of the control group The therapeutic effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,IgG(serum immunoglobulin G),IgA and IgM before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome score in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),serum IgA,IgG and IgM levels in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qufeng Jiedu Huoluo decoction combined with filiform fire needle in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis can significantly improve the serum level of patients and reduce the TCM symptom score,which is worthy of promotion.
