穴注极泉穴治疗臂丛神经痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位注射极泉穴治疗臂丛神经痛的临床疗效。方法将2017年10月—2020年10月海安市中医院针灸科门诊和住院收治的96例臂丛神经痛患者按随机数字表法分为2组,观察组采用全国名中医夏治平老中医的极泉穴位注射法治疗;对照组采用普通针刺治疗。于疗程结束后统计对比疗效。结果观察组愈显率为66.7%(30/45),总有效率为97.8%(44/45),对照组愈显率为28.3%(13/46),总有效率为93.5%(43/46),2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但2组愈显率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位注射极泉穴治疗臂丛神经痛效果优于普通针刺。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection of Jiquan(HT1)on brachial plexus neuralgia.Methods 96 patients with brachial plexus neuralgia in the outpatient and inpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion of Haian Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with Jiquan(HT1)injection method of Xia Zhiping,national famous traditional Chinese medicine.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture.The curative effects were statistically compared after the course of treatment.Results The improvement rate of observation group was 66.7%(30/45)and the total effective rate was 97.8%(44/45),while the improvement rate of control group was 28.3%(13/46)and the total effective rate was 93.5%(43/46).There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupoint injection of Jiquan(HT1)on brachial plexus neuralgia is better than that of ordinary acupuncture.
