中药穴位贴敷治疗轻度痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药穴位贴敷治疗治疗轻度痤疮的临床疗效。方法选取2019年12月—2020年1月辽宁中医药大学大一至大四的大学生轻度痤疮患者30例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各15例。至研究结束,试验组失访2例,有效13例;对照组失访3例,有效12例。试验组给予中药穴位贴敷治疗,对照组给予空白贴。治疗6周后,采用痤疮综合分级系统(Global acne grading system,GAGS)量表和面部痤疮特异性生活质量(Quality of life among patients with facial acne,Qol-acne)量表对2组患者的痤疮皮损程度与生活质量进行评估。结果2组患者治疗后GAGS量表评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01);治疗后试验组GAGS量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者的自我感知、情感功能、社会功能、自我评估评分和总评分均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组自我感知、情感功能、社会功能、自我评估评分和总评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷治疗大学生轻度痤疮具有清热解毒,消炎止痒的作用,可以降低患者面部皮肤的皮损程度,提高患者生活质量,减轻患者心理负担。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine acupoint application on mild acne.Methods Thirty college students with mild acne from freshmen to seniors in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.By the end of the study,2 cases were lost to follow-up and 13 cases were effective;In the control group,3 cases were lost to follow-up and 12 cases were effective.The experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine acupoint application,while the control group was treated with blank application.After 6 weeks of treatment,the Global Acne Grading System(GAGS)scale and the Quality of life among patients with facial acne were used Acne(QOL-Acne)scale was used to evaluate the degree of acne and quality of life in 2 groups.Results GAGS scale scores in 2 groups were significantly lower after treatment than before(P<0.01);After treatment,the score of GAGS scale in experimental group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,self-perception,emotional function,social function,self-assessment score and total score of 2 groups were higher than before,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-perception,emotional function,social function,self-assessment score and total score of experimental group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine acupoint application in the treatment of mild acne of college students has the effects of clearing heat,detoxifying,anti-inflammatory and relieving itching,which can reduce the degree of facial skin lesions of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the psychological burden of patients.
