摘  要:中医临床课程的培养目标是为社会输出德才兼备的实用型中医临床人才。为实现这一目标,引导学生科学构建中医临床思维已成为教学过程中的关键环节。本文以《中医妇科学》为例,首先探讨了构建中医临床思维的内涵,强调辨证思维、经典学习、临床实践的重要作用。然后从教学形式与方法方面,探讨了以案例为中心是否为引导学生构建中医临床思维行之有效的教学方法,并倡导灵活运用师承方式,以求培养和造就更为优秀的中医临床人才。The objective of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical course is to produce practical TCM clinical talents with both integrity and talent for the society.To achieve this goal,it has become a key link in the teaching process to guide students to scientifically construct TCM clinical thinking.Taking TCM gynecology as an example,this paper first discusses the connotation of constructing TCM clinical thinking and emphasizes the important role of dialectical thinking,classical learning and clinical practice.Then,from the teaching form and method,this paper discusses the effective teaching method of guiding students to construct TCM clinical thinking with case as the center,and the flexible use of the way of teaching and training,in order to train and bring up more excellent TCM clinical talents.
