摘  要:为研究预变形对高应变速率轧制AZ31镁合金微观组织和力学性能的影响,对预变形和未变形的AZ31镁合金进行平均应变速率分别为10、20和29 s^(-1),变形温度分别为350和400℃,下压量为78%的高应变速率轧制。结果表明:在平均应变速率10 s^(-1)时,400℃相较350℃,预变形AZ31镁合金的组织更加均匀;在平均应变速率为20和29 s^(-1)时,预变形AZ31镁合金的组织并未随着温度的升高逐渐趋于均匀。在350℃、平均应变速率为20和29 s^(-1)时,预变形AZ31镁合金轧板的抗拉强度和伸长率各向异性不明显。经过350和400℃高应变速率轧制后,预变形AZ31镁合金终轧板材的组织相较未预变形AZ31镁合金更加均匀细小,因此预变形AZ31镁合金板材的力学性能相比于未预变形AZ31镁合金板材明显提升。To study the effect of pre-deformation on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy with high strain rate rolling,high strain rate rolling was carried out on AZ31 magnesium alloy without pre-deformation and with pre-deformation at average strain rates of 10,20 and 29 s^(-1) and deformation temperatures of 350 and 400℃ with 78% reduction.The results show that at the average strain rate of 10 s^(-1),the microstructure of AZ31 magnesium alloy with pre-deformation at 400℃ is more uniform compared with that at 350℃.At the average strain rate of 20 and 29 s^(-1),the microstructure is not gradually uniform with the increase of temperature.The anisotropy of tensile strength and elongation of pre-deformed AZ31 magnesium alloy rolled at 350℃ and the average strain rate of 20 and29 s^(-1) is not obvious.After high strain rate rolling at 350 and 400℃,the mechanical properties of the pre-deformed AZ31 magnesium alloy sheets are significantly improved in contrast to those of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheets without pre-deformation,so the microstructure of pre-deformed AZ31 magnesium alloy is more uniform and finer than that of AZ31 magnesium alloy without pre-deformation.
