摘 要:在Gleeble-1500热力模拟试验机上对38CrMoAl钢进行了双道次热压缩实验,研究了不同变形参数条件下38CrMoAl钢的静态再结晶行为。对实验得到的流变应力曲线进行分析,并使用金相显微镜对压缩后试样的微观组织进行观察。讨论了应变、应变速率、变形温度和初始晶粒尺寸等不同因素对38CrMoAl钢的静态再结晶行为的影响。采用0.2%应力补偿法计算了不同变形条件下38CrMoAl钢的静态再结晶分数。通过对实验数据进行线性回归分析,建立了38CrMoAl钢的静态再结晶动力学模型和晶粒尺寸模型。模型的计算结果与实验结果吻合良好,验证了所建立的38CrMoAl钢静态再结晶动力学模型和晶粒尺寸模型的准确性。The double-pass hot compression experiment was performed on Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation test machine,and the static recrystallization behavior of 38CrMoAl steel with different deformation parameters was studied.Flow stress curves obtained in the experiment were analyzed,and the microstructure of the compressed samples was observed using metallographic microscope.The effects of different factors such as strain,strain rate,deformation temperature and initial grain size on the static recrystallization behavior of 38CrMoAl steel were discussed.The 0.2% stress compensation method was used to calculate the static recrystallization fraction of 38CrMoAl steel under different deformation conditions.Through linear regression analysis of experimental data,the static recrystallization kinetics model and grain size model of 38CrMoAl steel were established.The calculated results of model show good agreement with the experimental results,which verifies the accuracy of the established static recrystallization kinetics model and grain size model of 38CrMoAl steel.
