我国面向“一带一路”沿线国家中药出口贸易格局的演变和影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:了解我国面向"一带一路"沿线国家中药出口的贸易格局变化,明确其贸易流量的影响因素,探索提高贸易竞争力的可行方案。方法:运用2006—2019年我国对埃及、印度、印度尼西亚等13个"一带一路"国家数据为样本,分别从贸易总量、显示性比较优势、贸易强度进行中药出口贸易格局演变的分析;进而对样本数据进行二阶段最小二乘法的工具变量回归,检验扩展引力模型中的解释变量。结果:在贸易格局的分析中,"一带一路"倡议的实行提高了我国中药的显示性比较优势,加强了我国和沿线国家的中药贸易紧密度;在影响因素的分析中,进口国经济规模、老龄化程度、签署区域贸易协定显著提高了我国中药出口额,两国距离、经济差异水平是贸易流量的阻碍因素。结论:从加强与沿线国家医药产业合作、加强中医药文化传播、提升中药质量和标准化等方面提升我国的中药竞争力。Objective:To understand evolution of Chinese medicine export trade pattern between China and"the Belt and Road Initiative"areas,clarify the influencing factors of trade volume,and propose proper solution of improving trade competitiveness.Methods:Based on the data of Chinese medicine export from 2006 to 2009 between China and 13 countries of"the Belt and Road"(including Egypt),it analyzes the evolution of trade pattern from total volume of trade,RCA,TII.Furthermore,it tests the explanatory variables in the extended gravity model by using Two Stage Least Squares.Results:Implementation of"the Belt and Road"initiative improves RCA of Chinese medicine and strengthens TII between China and the countries along the line.The economic scale of importing countries,the degree of aging and the signing of regional trade agreements have significantly increased the export of Chinese medicine.But the distance and the level of economic differences are the obstacles.Conclusion:Strengthening the cooperation with pharmaceutical industry of the countries along the line,promoting the dissemination of Chinese medicine culture,improving the quality and standardization of Chinese medicine,it puts forward policy suggestions to enhance the competitive capacity of Chinese medicine.
