水痘疫苗成本效益及免疫策略研究进展

摘　　要：本文就水痘疫苗(varicella vaccine,VV)纳入国家免疫规划(National Immunization Program,NIP)的获益、不同接种剂次水痘疫苗的疫苗保护效果(vaccine effectiveness,VE)及不同国家和个人对水痘疫苗的接种认知等内容的相关研究进行综述。水痘疫苗纳入NIP后,水痘发病率、相关住院率和死亡率均大幅度下降。虽然不同国家、地区的水痘疫苗接种策略略有差异,但接种水痘疫苗均具有良好的成本-效益和疫苗保护效果,其中接种2剂次水痘疫苗具有更佳的成本-效益和疫苗保护效果。不同国家及个人对接种水痘疫苗具有不同的认知,水痘疫苗的接种主要取决于接种儿童父母的意愿。接种水痘疫苗是提高公众健康水平的重要一步。目前我国尚未将水痘疫苗纳入NIP,各省的免疫程序也不尽相同,建议从国家层面进一步出台水痘疫苗接种指南,推动水痘疫苗免疫策略的制定和各项措施的执行,进一步规范水痘疫苗接种。In this review,we summarize researches on the benefits of incorporating varicella vaccine(VV)into national immunization program(NIP),the vaccine effectiveness(VE)of different doses,and the perception of VV vaccination in different countries and individuals.It indicates a significant decrease in incidence,hospitalization rates,and mortality after incorporating VV into NIP.Although VV inoculation strategies vary slightly in different countries and regions,it is certain that VV inoculation showed good cost-effectiveness and VE,among which 2 doses of VV inoculation could be much better.Different countries and individuals have different perceptions of VV vaccination,but it mainly depends on the wishes of the parents.Vaccination of VV is an important step of improving public health.At present,VV has not been included in NIP in China,and the immunization procedures are different in each province.According to the analysis of the current research data,the immunization strategy of VV with 2 doses is more effective.It is suggested that further guidelines for VV vaccination should be issued at the national level to promote the formulation of VV immunization strategy and the implementation of various measures.
