摘  要:介绍解析塔活性炭净化工艺系统的工作原理,指出为提高活性炭解析效率,在保证安全的前提下应保证解析温度控制区间在410~440℃;通过实验,将解析时间由1 h延长至3 h,活性炭的解析率由70%提高至95%;进入解析塔的活性炭全硫值应低于4.5%,而解析塔的全硫值裕量大于15%;生产中塔顶压力控制在0.5~3 kPa间,避免出现负压。最后给出解析塔各段温度及压力参数,以及预防发生“飞温”的具体措施。The paper explains how a desorption tower works to purify the activated carbon from absorption towers and why the desorption temperature has to keep between 410℃and 440℃to improve the desorption efficiency of the activated carbon under the premise of ensuring the safety.The experiment results tell that the desorption rate of the activated carbon increases from 70%to 95%when the time lasts from 1 h to 3 h.The activated carbon shall contain less than 4.5%of sulfur in total before entering the desorption tower.The total sulfur content margin of desorption towers shall be higher than 15%.During the operation,the pressure in the top of desorption towers is controlled 0.5 to 3 kPa to avoid the occurrence of negative pressure.Finally,the temperature and pressure parameters of each section of the resolution tower,as well as specific measures to prevent“Temperature swift-up”are given.
