摘　　要：旋风除尘器是利用离心力净化气体的除尘设备。在卧式秸秆热解气化设备中,针对秸秆热解气灰尘、水分、焦油混合难处理的特点,提出一种新型旋风除尘器结构,新结构包括多级旋风除尘器本体、设在除尘器本体外的套筒,以及冷却液循环装置。这种新型除尘器可以有效过滤秸秆热解气中的灰尘、水分和焦油,有效解决秸秆热解气化的燃气净化问题。The cyclone dust collector is a dust removal equipment that uses centrifugal force to purify gas.A new type of cyclone dust collector for horizontal corn stalks pyrolysis and gasification equipment comes up to solve the problem about difficulty to remove dust,moisture,and tar from corn stalks pyrolysis gas.The collector consists of a multi-stage cyclone dust collector body,a sleeve outside the body of the dust collector,and a cooling liquid circulation device.This new type of dust collector can remove the dust,moisture and tar from corn stalks pyrolysis gas effectively to make the gas cleaner.
