摘　　要：粗轧机是热连轧生产线中的关键设备,粗轧机的精度对后续工序有着至关重要的作用,通过分析间隙与磨损的控制机理,寻找磨损规律,采用激光熔覆技术修复牌坊窗口的磨损部位,提高轧机精度。The accuracy of a roughing mill stand,a key equipment in hot continuous rolling production lines,has great influence on subsequent processes.The analysis to the gap and wear-down mechanism reveals the wear-down rule.Laser cladding technology is used to repair the worn parts of the housing window in order to improve the accuracy of the rolling mill stands.
