摘  要:为合理利用糜子种质资源,选育榆林地区适宜的糜子品种,以40份糜子种质资源为材料,对其7个农艺性状进行方差、相关及聚类分析。结果表明,6个农艺性状的变异系数为10.90%~30.66%,其中有效分蘖数最大,其次为主茎节数、一级穂分支的变异系数,千粒重的变异系数最小,说明糜子农艺性状的差异主要是由有效分蘖数、主茎节数、一级穂分支数等因素引起的,因此通过这些农艺性状的选择来提高产量具有较大的可行性。通过聚类分析,将供试材料分为三大类群:第Ⅰ类群共包括16份种质资源,属于营养生长旺盛的种质;第Ⅱ类群包括17份种质资源,属于丰产类型的种质;第Ⅲ类群有7份种质资源,属于植株较为矮小,产量较低的种质。MZ 30与MZ 40最适宜在榆林地区种植,其次为MZ 32和MZ 21,而MZ 26与MZ 23明显不适宜在榆林地区种植。千粒重最大的MZ 27、株高最低的MZ 18等种质资源,可为后期特殊性状育种提供材料。To utilize germplasm resources of proso millet germplasms reasonably and screen suitable varieties of millet for cultivation in Yulin area. In this study, 40 proso millet germplasms were used as materials to investigate 7 agronomic traits by variance analysis, correlation analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that the variation coefficients of 6 agronomic traits ranged from 10.90% to 30.66%, among which the effective tiller number was the largest, followed by the number of main stem nodes and primary tassels, and the 1 000-grain weight was the least, which indicated the differences in agricultural traits of proso millet were mainly caused by effective tiller number, main stem node number and primary tassels number. Further, the tested materials were divided into three groups by cluster analysis. The group Ⅰ contained 16 germplasms, which belonged to the germplasm with vigorous vegetative growth, while the group Ⅱ included 17 germplasms, belonging to high yield type. And, there were 7 germplasms in group Ⅲ, which belonged to the germplasm with shorter plants and lower yield. The germplasms of MZ 30 and MZ 40 were most suitable for cultivation in Yulin area, followed by MZ 32 and MZ 21, while MZ 26 and MZ 23 were obviously not suitable for cultivation in this area. The germplasm including MZ 27 with the largest 1 000-grain weight and the germplasm MZ 18 with the lowest plant height, could provide materials for breeding special traits in the later stage.
